• You authorize us to charge your payment method for ongoing fees.
• Non-payment may result in account suspension.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit Surj.app.
• Engage in excessive spam, unauthorized marketing, or abusive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

• Surj.app branding and services are the property of our company.
• Users retain ownership of their data but grant us a license to use it for service functionality.

8. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

• Surj.app is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, or lost profits.
• Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three (3) months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
